YOUR INFORMATION

Your
privacy.

We use the information you share here to answer questions, arrange visits and respond to resident requests.

Contact and tour requests

Contact and tour forms require your name, phone number and email address. Contact requests also include your selected interest and message, with optional housing preferences. Tour requests include any date and time preferences you provide. A tour request does not confirm an appointment; our team will contact you to arrange it.

Resident reports

Reports collect the issue, category, building, apartment and reporter details, with an optional issue location and email for a copy. There is no separate callback phone field. They are saved as maintenance requests in the Kaanha Properties portal so management can review and follow up. Entering your details manually does not verify your identity or link a tenant record.

Reports also include the page language and your browser’s preferred language when available, plus any report language you choose. Management sees these details with your request to help with follow-up. Browser translation may not expose the language it uses; you can change the report language before sending.

Who receives your request

For contact and tour submissions, the portal sends one acknowledgment email to your submitted address, with Crescendo management at mgmt@kaanhallc.com included by BCC. The email contains your submitted details, and replies go to management. Our team will follow up about your message or visit.

Resident reports retain their management notification and optional reporter acknowledgment. A report acknowledgment includes the issue and apartment you reported, without internal management links or verification credentials; a duplicate reporter copy is skipped for staff notification addresses. Management may share relevant details with people helping resolve a request. These notifications use the portal’s email service, Amazon SES. Acceptance by the email service does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Optional phone verification

You can report without verifying a phone. If you choose verification, the portal uses Twilio Verify to send and check a text-message code. It can then show eligible current and former tenancy records linked to that phone in management’s directory. Records may have different names and emails; you choose the apartment your report concerns. A text code confirms access to the phone now, not who previously owned it or whether every linked tenancy belongs to you.

The selected record’s name, email, apartment and property can fill your report. A recognized report is associated with that tenancy. If no record is found, you can still enter your details and report with a verified phone. That does not establish a tenant or apartment association.

Details saved on your device

“Remember my details” optionally saves your name, apartment, email and resident status in this browser for up to 90 days. Callback numbers are not saved or restored in these form details. Separately, successful phone verification saves a verification token, expiry, verified phone and service context for up to six calendar months. A valid token can retrieve its original eligible apartments without another code. It is sent only to the portal, never included in emails.

Choose “Verify phone again” if an apartment is missing; newly linked records require fresh verification. Report controls and browser settings let you remove saved details. After reporting, “Use another phone” clears the saved identity and starts a new report. Clearing browser data does not delete requests already received by management. On a shared device, consider manual entry and clear saved data when finished.

Photos, videos and documents

Phone-verified reporters can attach files, including when no tenant record is recognized. The limit is 10 files: photos up to 25 MiB each, videos up to 100 MiB each, and PDF, DOC or DOCX documents up to 10 MiB each. Files go to the portal’s private Google Cloud storage and are attached to your maintenance request. Emails contain file names, not private storage links.

Files you select stay in the current page until submitted. Re-verification keeps queued files; selecting a different verified phone or apartment can remove them. Reloading requires selecting them again. Please leave out payment details, identity documents and other sensitive information that is not needed to explain the issue.

Website and external services

This website has no advertising trackers or its own analytics scripts. Hosting and service providers may process access and security information. The website loads public management contact settings from the portal when a page opens; that request does not include your saved verification token. Request limits and a hidden spam-trap field help protect forms from abuse.

The optional Matterport virtual tour and external links use their providers’ privacy policies. Gallery and tour music controls remember sound preferences in your browser. Music stops when the dialog closes.
