I've had a really good experience living there for 3 months and 1 week. The rent was reasonable compared to other apartments in the area, and the management has always been kind, friendly, welcoming, approachable and was easy to communicate whenever I have questions or concerns. They're quick to respond to questions and do their best to help whenever I needed something. It's nice to live in a place where the management treats residents with kindness and respect. The apartment units are well cared, maintained and cleaned, and overall it's been a comfortable and safe place to live. I really appreciate having assigned parking for residents, so I don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. The apartment complex is also gated and has video surveillance cameras, which adds an extra sense of security. It's not always easy to find an affordable apartment with good management, convenient parking, and added security all in one place. Overall, I’m pleased with my experience and recommend this affordable apartment complex for its excellent management team.
